I grew up in what I would tell people to be "the middle of nowhere Georgia" because most people have never heard of Lawrenceville. I am the oldest of three children, with a younger brother and sister, so I guess you could say I'm the guinea pig child. Yet, I love being the oldest sibling and try to cherish every sweet and goofy moment with my siblings. In my family, dance and hockey have been a big part of my life for as long as I can remember and have shaped me into the person I am today.

Something you should know about me is that I love to laugh. I hope for my life to be marked by an overflowing joy that brings joy to others around me. I am constantly learning that sometimes I can't take things in life too seriously and have to learn to laugh when I fall down and use my mistakes as a learning tool and source for redirection rather than a source of self-deprecation. I am consistently reminded of the fulfillment that comes from slowing down to be present and notice the beauty of the world around me.
